Booking Terms

These booking terms apply when you confirm a trip with CeyRoutes. Your specific quote will always restate the terms, deposit and payment schedule that apply to your trip before you pay anything.

Confirming your trip

A trip is confirmed once you accept your quote and pay the deposit stated in it. At that point we begin securing your hotels, driver-guide and experiences.

Deposits & payments

• A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due before you travel.
• The exact deposit amount and due dates are set out in your quote.
• Payments are made through secure, established channels.

Changes & cancellations

We'll always try to accommodate changes. Because your trip is assembled from individual suppliers, change and cancellation terms depend on those suppliers and are made clear in your quote. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring your passport, visa (ETA) and travel insurance are in order.
• Providing accurate traveller details for bookings.
• Following local laws and reasonable guidance from your guide.
